DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY


SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES


SNU / ACCESSORIES ONLY


PARCEL POST

  • All QLD orders are processed within 2-4 business days
  • All Interstate orders are processed within 3-6 business days


Express Post

  • All QLD orders are processed within 1-2+ business days
  • All Interstate orders are processed within 1-3+ business days


  • Please note: While we endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in the Australia Post delivery network at the relevant time. 



WORKSTATIONS / WORKSTATION BUNDLES 


  • All orders are processed within up to 4 weeks.


  • Please note: All workstations are made to order and as such take time to make, pack and freight to each customer. Accessories ordered with workstations will ship with their workstations unless requested via email to our office: sales@emendee.com.au

Shipment processing occurs Monday-Friday during emendee office hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

emendee does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and an order tracking number (where applicable) within 1 business day from when your item has been shipped by emendee.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

emendee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


DAMAGES

emendee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team via sales@emendee.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to file a claim. Please provide high resolution photos of all damaged packaging and goods, and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
